Include in your request
- Account email or profile handle
- Device, operating system, and app version
- What happened, with date and local time
- A screenshot only when it contains no sensitive data

Playback

Full tracks start only after a tap. If playback stops, reconnect to the internet, reopen the app, and try the track again.
Artist uploads
Upload artisti
Interrupted master uploads can resume. Artwork recovery may ask you to choose the same image again. Upload only authorized technical media during the private alpha.
Reports and account

Use the menu on a track or profile to Report or Block. Open Settings for reports, appeals, sign out, or account deletion.
